Dr. Luke Fletcher
Dr Luke Fletcher is an Associate Professor in Human Resource Management at the University of Bath, England, UK. His research is primarily at the intersection of applied psychology and strategic human resource management, and includes topics such as employee engagement, meaningful work, and authenticity at work. His latest research interests focus on diversity and inclusion in the workplace, particularly around LGBTQ+ people at work.
