Erica is deeply motivated towards understanding client culture and dynamic in a meaningful way, and leveraging these insights to strategically manage the many complexities of people in order to create an environment that fosters success within an organization. With a background in psychology, Erica is passionate about assisting individuals in coming together as a high-performing team. At MacPhie, Erica supports high-performing team initiatives through helping facilitate and design a series of programs that empower and motivate teams to communicate more effectively, generate focus, and achieve their strategic goals. Erica also currently supports the development of strategic plans for various non-profit organizations and associations. Prior to MacPhie, Erica has worked in both the executive search industry, as well as the psychometric assessment industry, working as a Talent Management Consultant for Caliper Canada. At Caliper, Erica leveraged her expertise in interpreting personality data in order to assist organizations in their personnel selection, leadership development, teamwork, and succession planning needs. Erica is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and holds a Master’s of Applied Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Waterloo, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ryerson University. Erica’s practical and theoretical understanding of workplace behaviours has been a primary factor in developing her ability to mediate and consult on the many complexities of team dynamic.
