Sustaining Employment for People with Disabilities: Workplace facilitators, barriers and gaps

As a subcomponent of the Harnessing Talent project deliverables, the research component of this project involved qualitative interviews with a variety of workplace stakeholders, including focus groups with employers and HR professionals, and interviews with researchers/practitioners and employees with lived experience. The aim of the study was to assess the sustainability of return-to-work strategies in the longer term following a disability-related leave of absence, from a variety of different perspectives connected to the process.
