Jenny has a Professional Doctorate in Health Psychology, is a chartered member of the British Psychological Society and is a registered practitioner of the UK’s Health Care Professions Council. She is also a fellow of the Higher Education Academy. For over twenty years she has been applying Health Psychology to Health and Safety and Wellbeing at Work. Jenny is also a former Principal Psychologist of the UK’s Health and Safety Executive and has run her own business providing research, training and consultancy on behaviour change in the workplace to various industry sectors at national and international levels. She is currently the programme lead of the Masters in Behaviour Change at the University of Derby, UK. She has built a portfolio of applied research around the areas of Wellbeing at Work and Safety Behaviour. This has focused on Organisational Cultures for Wellbeing at Work, management of chronic health conditions in the workplace, recovery at work and the application of nudge to safety. She is a regular speaker on the national and international Health and Safety conference network.
