Professor Lebene Richmond Soga is Professor of Entrepreneurship and Management Practice at Leeds Business School, Leeds Beckett University, United Kingdom, and a Senior Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy. His research explores technology-mediated managerial practices, entrepreneurship ecosystems, and leadership. He regularly presents his research at international conferences for business leaders, academics, and policymakers to progress the understanding of various organizational challenges and the implications of new technologies for management practice. His insights are featured in the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants Global, and Forbes. He has published in leading academic and practitioner outlets including Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, Journal of Business Research, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Organizational Research Methods, Small Business Economics, etc. and some of his research outputs have been translated into Polish and Japanese. Dr Soga is also engaging in the classroom where he delivers teaching described by his students as inspirational.
