About Dr. Jamie Gruman

An expert in workplace well-being, Dr. Jamie Gruman is a Full Professor in the Lang School of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph. He has twice been nominated as Ontario’s best lecturer and is the recipient of a University of Guelph Distinguished Professor Award. Dr. Gruman is also an award-winning researcher who has published over 100 books, chapters, articles, and presentations. His academic papers have appeared in some of the world’s top-ranked business journals and his latest book is called ”Advanced Introduction to Employee Engagement”. He has been cited in media outlets around the globe including Time, Oprah, Forbes, Fast Company, and Inc Magazines, NBC news, US News and World Report and his writing has been profiled by the World Economic Forum.
