We offer instructor-led courses that are evidence-based, topical and relevant to all industries. You can enroll by choosing from the options below, but before you do, make sure to read about our professional development credit opportunities.

By attending an e-course, you can be eligible to receive a Certificate of Attendance (especially helpful for those association or organizational proof of record requirements). Certificates are issued for free for WWi and Organizational Members, or for those looking to attend individual courses, a $25 administration fee is applied. Need more information? Learn more here about the certification program offered by the Work Wellness Institute.

The Lift Each Other Up Workshop will help you recognize what bullying is and how to be aware of the increased risk of stigmatization, microaggressions and cyberbullying within a major disruption, such as the current Covid-19 pandemic.

Learn how to have a compassionate, empathic and helpful conversation with your colleague, friend or family member who is being impacted. Click on the links below to register for our workshop on April 13th and April 21st, both taking place at 9:00am to 12pm PST.
