Devni De Silva is the Financial Controller for Work Wellness Institute. She has over 20 years of accounting and financial management experience in the education, research, and non-profit sector. Devni is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) and holds a Master of Science degree in Strategic Business Management. She is currently a Board member/Treasurer/Secretary for three societies overseeing Care and Housing. She is a strong collaborator and leader with years of experience in problem solving, financial modelling and team development.

As Financial Controller, Devni is responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial management as well as helps support the strategic planning of WWi.

Devni enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, walking, and listening to music.
