I can hear the audio but am not able to see the presentation?

Please ensure that the ‘viewer’ window is not minimized or hidden. Check your task bar and click on the GoToWebinar icon (looks like a daisy) to bring the GoToWebinar application to the forefront. If you’ve joined via web browser, ensure that the correct tab is selected.
