This is an interactive workshop with our presenter CEO of Work-to-Wellness Diana Vissers leading the discussion. This is a free workshop available to the public. Please note no recorded webinar will be offered for this workshop due to its interactive nature.
Focused on reflection, this session introduces ways to cope through this period of crisis. Diana guides the participants to self-identify individual triggers and the evoked responses. This will be an engaging and dynamic workshop to identify current priorities, and an opportunity to learn and practice methods to make impactful changes to manage daily living in the current climate.
Diana will go through a self-assessment tool addressing the shift in priorities of health, economics and psychosocial well-being. This tool will bring attention to the often-negated influence and interaction of thoughts, feelings and behaviours in a step-by-step approach. The benefits of this workshop will be applicable to a wide audience as mental health affects all.
