This session will discuss how the change in the “online world” has precipitated a new kind of leadership. The implications of the digital era for leadership are critically discussed with real cases used to establish understanding. You will leave the session as a deeply reflective manager in relation to your own leadership style.

Dr. Lebene Richmond Soga
Dr Lebene Richmond Soga is an Associate Professor of Management Practice and Entrepreneurship at Henley Business School, United Kingdom, and a Senior Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy. His research explores technology-mediated managerial practices, entrepreneurship ecosystems, and leadership. He regularly presents his research at international conferences for business leaders, academics, and policymakers to progress the understanding of various organizational challenges and the implications of new technologies for management practice. His insights are featured in the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants Global, and Forbes. He has published in leading academic and practitioner outlets including Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, Journal of Business Research, Technological Forecasting and many more.

How can I receive a certificate for a course that I have attended?

If you hold a membership with Work Wellness Institute, a certificate of completion will be sent to your email after meeting the requirements of the course or lecture on demand. Please note that a minimum 50-minute attendance is required to be eligible for a certificate of completion.

What is the difference between Corporate membership & Individual membership?

Corporate memberships are Corporate organizations that have partnered with the Work Wellness Institute to have access to membership benefits for all its employees. This membership includes additional perks beyond the individual membership. Voting rights at the Annual General Meeting are 1 vote per organization.
